Return and Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you love your purchase from Arella and we understand that you may change your mind or need to exchange for another size. We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy so you can shop online with peace of mind.
For returns, we will refund you the purchase price of the items (via the payment method used for purchase, excluding Afterpay), excluding any shipping costs. Please note that orders purchased with Afterpay are eligible for exchange only.
As all of our items are individually hand crafted in limited quantities, please ensure your item meets all of the conditions below to qualify for a return or exchange.
Conditions of Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in new condition with no visible wear and tear or markings and in original packaging. Please ensure items are sufficiently wrapped when returned via mail to avoid handling damage.
- Please try on items on a soft surface as we unfortunately cannot accept returns if they show signs of wear, even on the soles of the sandals.
- You will be required to cover any additional costs associated with returns and exchanges, including return shipping.
- We reserve the right not to accept any items that do not meet the above conditions. These items will be sent back to you.
